Investment StrategyThe Corverus Strategic Equity Fund (the "Fund"), a diversified fund, seeks to achieve high total return (capital appreciation
and income). Under normal circumstances, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large
capitalization companies. The Fund will invest in companies primarily organized or located in the United States.
The Fund's investment adviser combines a macro outlook with a four-step security selection process to create a portfolio
of large cap stocks that it believes exhibit attractive earnings growth and valuation characteristics.
